D. Management Trainee – 15 (FIFTEEN) Nos.
Job Summary:
Management Trainee is an entry level position to be developed on a career path in the management cadre. Upon successful completion of one-year training period, they will be eligible for confirmation in Officer (1) Level.
Prerequisites for applying:
At least 2 years’ master’s degree in Management/ Statistics/ Accounting/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Economics/ Engineering/ Finance or subject related to Banking with at least First Division or 3.25 CGPA out of 4 CGPA or professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or any equivalent professional degree from a recognized university/institution. – In case of degree/professional qualification from foreign Universities, equivalence certificate from competent authority is must.
• Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.
• Age not exceeding 28 years as on 23rd March 2021.

E. Trainee Assistant – 70 (SEVENTY) Nos.
Job Summary:
• Trainee Assistant is entry level position at clerical level. Selected candidates will undergo one-year training period and upon successful completion training period, they will be eligible for confirmation in Assistant (A) level.
The position is applicable for Branches located at below provinces. However, candidates should be willing to work anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.

F. Trainee Assistant – IT Department – 4 (Four) Nos.
Job Summary:
• Trainee Assistant for IT Department is entry level position. Selected candidates will undergo one-year training period in IT Department of the Bank and upon successful completion training period, they will be eligible for confirmation in Assistant (A) level.
Prerequisites for applying:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Engineering or in related field of information management or technology equivalent with minimum Second Division or 2.5 CGPA out of 4 CGPA from recognized University/College/Institution. – In case of Bachelor’s Degree from foreign Universities, equivalence Certificate from competent authority is a must.
• Age not exceeding 25 years as on 23rd March 2021.

[*Note: Separate qualifying criteria shall be applicable in case of internal staff applying for the post of Management Trainee and outsourced personnel currently doing clerical task in the Bank applying for the post of Trainee Assistant. Bank may not hire all the candidates at one go and may hire less than the number indicated depending on its requirement. Selected candidates may be hired gradually as per Bank’s need within a year from result publication date]

All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English language and be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications. Candidates are expected to have smart and pleasant personality, be articulate with superior interpersonal skills and desire to excel. The candidates must have positive attitude and be a team player but be able to work independently and take initiatives.
