A. Essential Minimum Qualifications:
For Secondary II Class Chemistry and Physics subjects
a. 21 years of age and less than 40 years.
b. Passed Master’s level at least second class in the related subject.
c. Obtained secondary level teaching permit.
Secondary Tertiary for Mathematics and Science subjects and Teaching Assistance Grant
for English subject
a. 21 years of age and less than 40 years.
b. At least a bachelor’s degree in a related subject.
c. Obtained secondary level teaching permit.
3. For Secondary Tertiary Computer Engineering Instructor Subject
a. 21 years of age and less than 40 years.
b. Completed graduation in BE- Computer Engineering, BE- Information Technology, BE- Software Engineering, BE- Computer System Engineering.

For primary level
a. 18 years of age and less than 40 years.
b. Passed Proficiency Certificate or equivalent.
c. Received training.
d. Obtained permanent teaching permit.

b. Required documents:
Certified copy of Nepali citizenship
Attested copies of required educational qualification certificates
Certified copy of teaching permit
2 per passport size photograph

Application fee: Rs 1000 for secondary level, Rs 1000 for lower secondary level. 700 and for primary level Rs. 500 c. Type of Examination: Written, Interview and as required based on syllabus of Department of Education and Teacher Service Commission

Note: For science and mathematics subjects of secondary level, third grade, the teacher service commission has approved. According to the advertisement of 2078/079, if the application of the person listed in the temporary contract list is received, the relevant school will be recommended for direct appointment as per the rules.
