How To Fill Up Class 10 SEE Exam Application Form & Class 9 Registration Form of NEB.
Class 10 SEE Exam Application Form & Class 9 Registration Form Fill up Process with Sample are given below.
1. First of all, arrange the lists of students in your class in alphabetical order.
2. Adjust the alphabetical order of the student’s name when establishing a new registration and submitting the form file.
3. Use the date of birth of the student as per the birth certificate registration.
4. If there is no birth certificate, the parent should verify the birth date with the application letter.
5. In the case of class 9 Registration, use year 78 in the registration number form box.
6. Write your province number in the province box.
7. Write the code given by the education office in the district code and school code.
8. Start writing from student serial number 0001 format on the registration card.
9. Only students who have passed the annual examination of class VIII or equivalent or obtained a minimum D plus grade in compulsory subjects in the alphabetical system will be allowed to register in class IX.
9. When writing a topic in a collective form, it is mandatory to write the subject code as well.
10. Write the names of the students in alphabetical order in the aggregate form.
11. Aggregate (Samastigat) Form 2 will have to be filled.
12. Revenue of Rs. 300 per student for class 9 registration.
13. To pay Rs. 500 per student for class 10 examination application.
14. In case of class 10, 14 years should be completed by 2077 Chaitra Last on the SEE in 2077 or the date of birth should be by 2063 Chaitra Last.
15. In the case of open school/distance education, enrollment should have reached 16 years by Chaitra Last of the year or by 2062 Chaitra Last.
