Supreme Court orders not to implement new syllabus of class 11 and class 12. The Supreme Court has ordered not to implement the new syllabus of class 11 and class 12. In a petition filed by Bhagwata Aryal, a single bench of Supreme Court Judge Purushottam Bhandari ordered not to implement the course.
In the name of the Opposition, the Supreme Court has demanded that the National Curriculum for School Education 2076 should not be implemented until the interim order is finalized from the point of view of balance of facilities. Rule 49 (2) (b) of the Court Rules 2074 has issued a short-term interim order.
