CTEVT Special Education Scholarship Application Open. Special Scholarship Notice by CTEVT for PCL & Diploma Level various programs. CTEVT published a notice regarding free scholarship applications for Diploma, and PCL levels in the various programs. According to the budget and programs of the Government of Nepal, free application form has been invited to study technical education under the special scholarship program for 160 students at the pre-diploma level and 400 students at the diploma/certificate level in the prescribed quota from Wamojim students from underprivileged, Dalit and Muslim communities across the country.

(a) Pre-diploma level of 160 students from underprivileged, Dalit and Muslim communities across the country in the prescribed quota.
(b) 400 diploma/certificate level students in prescribed quota from underprivileged, Dalit and Muslim community students across the country

Date of conduct of entrance exam: 2079 Chait 11th Saturday at 8:00 AM
Venue of Entrance Test:
(a) Province 1: Itahari, (b) Madhesh Province Janakpur, (c) Bagmati Province Bharatpur and Kathmandu (d) Gandaki Province Pokhara (e) Lumbini Province Butwal and Nepalgunj, (f) Karnali Province Surkhet and (g) Sudurpaschim Province Dhangadhi

Note: In case of Dalit/Muslim, issued by the concerned commission or the concerned district administration office or the concerned municipality as the said caste.
On the basis of attested letters, while selecting disadvantaged groups, young people, workers, disabled, conflict victims / martyrs / people’s movement injured families.
Including 22 indigenous tribal groups listed by the Government of Nepal as Disadvantaged (Vankariya, Varam,
Betan, Chepang, Danuwar, Dhanuk, Hayu, Jhagad, Kisan, Kusunda, Lepcha, Majhi, Meche, Kuswadia, Raji, Raute, Satar, Sinsa, Siar, Surel, Thami and
(Thunam) to participate in the poor quota on the basis of documents certified by the local body as financially poor.

Minimum Qualification Required:
3.1 Minimum Educational Qualification Required for Pre-Diploma Level:
(a) In case of entrance examination before introduction of letter marking system, S.L.C. or equivalent examination passed
(b) Obtained minimum grade in entrance examination or SEE examination from a recognized educational institution in case of results of letter marking system.

3.2 Minimum educational qualification required for diploma level:
(a) S.L.C. from a recognized educational institution with compulsory Mathematics, English and Science subjects in case of entrance examination before the introduction of alphabetic system. Or similar examination passed or technical S. from the council. L. c. Passed with 68.33 percent marks in the total marks.
(b) In case of result of letter marking system, admission from a recognized educational institution or S.E.E. Compulsory English, Mathematics and Science in the exam
The minimum graded overall grade for the subject is 1.6 out of 4.0 CG. P. A. Or similar or technical S. related to the program conducted by the council. L. c. Passed with 68.33 percent marks in total marks.

The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Examination Control Office www.ctevtexam.org.np.

It mainly involves in policy formulation, quality control, preparation of competency based curriculum, developing skill standards of various occupations and testing the skills of the people, conduct various research studies and training needs assessment etc.

It has an assembly consisting of 24 members and a governing board known as Council comprising nine members. Minister of Education chairs both the Assembly and the Council. The Council has a full time Vice-Chairperson and a Member-Secretary.
